B.Tech Computer Science With Cloud Computing
This program covers everything about Cloud Computing by giving meaning what cloud phenomenon is and know how it affects every aspect of a company’s IT department. In this course, you will learn how to utilize the benefits of the different models for cloud service: PAAS, SaaS, and IaaS. You will also learn to control the services provided by the main unrestricted cloud providers, constitute on the resources on a private Iaas Cloud, and apply the best practices when taking on the cloud.
Cloud Computing is still developing. For now, the B.Tech Computer Science With Cloud Computing program broadly covers the basic technologies involved such as Virtualization and concepts of Service-Oriented Architecture. The program will also tackle the history of the cloud. There is also a liberal of space to take in the progressive models of Cloud Computing.
In this program, students will be able to evaluate and assess the technical concepts of cloud computing and business, gain the ground of cloud computing in order to analyze its applications for organization’s use and able to acquire knowledge on how cloud computing can deliver effectual solutions to business, technology, and administrative encounters.
To elaborate more, cloud computing can actually do improve the speed of organization in terms of expanding their industrial resources. Also, it shows that it helps to lower reductions and barriers to entry of computing tasks. The utility pricing is based on the usage billing options which is continually being improved by the e-FISCAL project.
Moreover, Btech in cloud computing also enables users to access systems by means of the use of a web browser. They can use any device be it a PC or a mobile phone. To get the course, background with cloud computing is not necessary. However, it is a plus if you already have knowledge on Microsoft Windows, Internet Technologies, and Web Applications Programming. In addition to this, you also need to get a minimum of 50% on the Higher and Senior Secondary Level. It is also mandatory that you get 50% in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics at the Secondary level.
There are also two types of admission in order to enter the program. First is an Exam Category and the second one is a Non-Exam Category through Board Merit.
The study duration for this course is four years with 8 semesters and 8 practicums in total.
The software and applications that will be used in this program are AWS and Google Applications.
