Make Way for Grizzy and the Lemmings!

With no adult in the house to supervise or scold you, what do you do? Go crazy, of course! We’ve all been there, haven’t we? Whenever our parents leave us alone at home, it’s time to have a ball. Eat whatever you want, watch TV till late in the night, have a one-person fashion show, prank your siblings and what not!

No supervision and lots of fun reminds us of the show Grizzy and the Lemmings — we’re sure you’ve heard of it! It won’t be an exaggeration to say that it is one of the most adorably written and animated shows out there.

Grizzy and the Lemmings is set in a vast natural reserve in Canada. Lost in the middle of the savage wilderness is a small haven of human civilisation: the forest ranger’s house. In the eyes of all the animals around, the house is El Dorado — a place of fabulous wealth and opportunity.

On the top of this food chain is a bear named ‘Grizzy’, who feels that it’s only natural that the ranger’s house becomes his abode as soon as its owner is away! He makes his way into the cabin by tactfully using his claws to pick the lock, and conveniently makes himself at home! Enjoying all the modern amenities that he otherwise doesn’t have access to, Grizzy has a gala time with the air conditioning, home cinema with 117 television channels, a comfy sofa, a popcorn maker, an internet connection, a sauna — and a fully equipped kitchen. (What more could one have asked for!)

With the grizzly bear taking over the cabin, you’d think that no one else would dare to contest his privilege — — except that you’re wrong.

Crazy, stupid and downright ridiculous, a feisty group of mammals called the lemmings also move in as soon as the ranger is gone. And they too don’t plan to leave. When the two face off, a laugh riot ensues! Even for a bear who weighs 250 kgs and stands seven feet tall, it’s not easy to defeat these cute-as-a-button balls of fur who always work as a team!

Since living together in peace is not an option, Grizzy and the Lemmings constantly try to outdo each other with nasty tricks! Catch their never ending battle for bragging rights only on Pogo, the best TV channel for kids. Brand new episodes air on 18th and 19th May.
